You can say: "She is on her bed now."
"On" suggests she is not sleeping, she is sitting on her bed. (for example, studying: "She is on her bed studying")
"In" suggests she is sleeping or resting.
習慣用語
Also, it is grammatically ok to say "she's", but is not the best. In general, and especially in writing papers, it is much better to write "she is"
